Offshore Divers, LLC. During 2005 Offshore Divers underwater welded about 100 tons of anodes in Alaska. The dock in Juneau was recently completed and additional anode contracts are to be complete in Ketchikan, Cold Bay and Dutch Harbor. Offshore Divers also performs underwater NDT testing by taking pile thickness readings, magnetic particle crack detection, flooded member testing and shoots both still and video inspections primarily for the oil and gas platforms in Cook Inlet and for Alyeska in Valdez. In the past we have also installed pile wrap systems and installed HDPE outfall lines.
